You can set the quantity for each product you want to buy. Click in the field next to the "Add to cart" and change the value.

(4) Which product did I see last?

You can see the products that you have just viewed in the "Last viewed product" overview. As usual all the product related functionality is available.

Click in the field next to the desired product in the shopping cart and enter the desired quantity. Then click on the button 'refresh'.

(5) How can I leave the shopping cart?

In order to return to the start page/ homepage click on the button 'Continue shopping' at the 'Porsche Centre Swindon' sign or on the Porsche logo.

Payment and shipping information

(1) What payment types are available?

Currently the payment types PayPal and Credit card are available.

(3) Are there shipping costs for my order? How long does shipping take?

Yes, shipping costs can vary between individual countries and whether your order represents a parcel shipping, bulky shipment or a forwarding delivery. In order to request the shipping costs for one product, refer to the shipping information next to the product's price.

If you want to order several products with different shipping costs, the highest shipping cost price will be charged for the total order.

For pre-payments, the delivery period starts on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institute, respectively for further payment types it starts on the day after the contract's conclusion and ends with the expiration of the deadline's last day. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, it will be replaced by the next workday.

(5) How can I select a location for pick-up?

Check the 'Pick up on location' option in the shopping cart and select a store/ subsidiary from the list.

(6) Can I pick up the product(s) directly after ordering?

In selected cases, an ordered product first needs to be delivered to the desired store. We will inform you as soon as the ordered product is available at the location you selected.

Return

(1) Who is my contact for product returns or related complaints?

For a potential return or reclamation, we are happy to be at your disposal. If you have questions on your product in advance, don't hesitate to contact us via the support. In case of a definite return, please refer to the following address indicated in the right of withdrawal.

(2) When and how can I send a product back?

You can revoke your contract declaration in written form within 14 days without the requirement of stating a reason (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or if the product is delivered to you before the period expires, by returning the product. The deadline starts after receiving the rights of withdrawal in written form, although not before you receive the product and not before fulfilling our legal informational provisions. The period of time for contract cancellation is deemed respected if the declaration of revocation or the items in question are dispatched on time.
In case of an effective revocation the mutually received benefits are to be returned. This implies, that you send back the products to us (if not yet done) and we will refund you the paid purchase price. For further details please refer to the rights of withdrawal.

After the deadline's expiration you can still return the product if the product shows a material deficiency or defect within the warranty period for defects. For further details please refer to the terms and conditions.

Please enclose with your return the sent invoice and indicate your reason for return.

By postal return, please keep your postal documents for possible inquiries.

(1) Which advantages are there for a customer account?

With your saved invoice and delivery addresses within your personal customer account you can easily and quickly carry out orders.

(2) What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you forgot your password, you can change it by clicking on the link 'Forgot password' in 'My account'. You then receive an activation link and subsequently receive a new password by mail that you should subsequently change in your customer account for safety reasons.

(3) How can I change my personal data?

If you are logged in, you can change your data at any time.
